Support for existing bookings
If you have already made a booking with Go Massif and you would like to make changes, cancel, or simply ask a question about your specific booking, please visit your dedicated Booking Management page. From there, click ‘help-desk’ and then click the option that best suits your requirements.
To access your booking management page, click the link sent by automated email at the time of booking.
Operations line
Go Massif operate a dedicated Operations Help Line for customers with confirmed bookings that are experiencing issues while travelling. The telephone number is provided on the ticket at the time of booking.
This operations line is manned outside office hours, but only to support travelling passengers.

During the winter, this line is operated 7 days a week during normal offices hours.
If the line is busy, it is highly recommended that you create a help desk ticket in order to get a quick response.
